Wix migration questions
Will I lose my Google rankings?
Not if the migration is planned properly. We redirect every old URL, move page titles and descriptions, and check Search Console after launch.
How long does it take to move a Wix store to Shopify?
It depends on the size of your catalog and how much custom work is involved. You get a timeline with your migration plan.
Can you copy my Wix design to Shopify?
Wix designs can't be exported to another platform, so we build a Shopify theme instead: either close to your current look, or a fresh design around your brand.
Can I keep my domain?
Yes. We connect your existing domain to Shopify at launch, whether you bought it through Wix or another registrar.
Can customers keep their passwords?
No platform can move passwords securely. Customer accounts move across, and customers set a new password from an invite email.
Will my store go offline?
No. Your Wix store stays live while we build and test on Shopify. We switch over only when everything is checked.
