Migration questions
Which platforms do you migrate from?
WooCommerce, Magento, Wix and other platforms. Each migration follows the same audit, mapping and testing process.
Will I lose my Google rankings?
Not if the migration is planned properly. We redirect every old URL, move page titles and descriptions, and check Search Console after launch.
How long does a migration take?
It depends on the size of your catalog and how much custom work is involved. You get a timeline with your migration plan.
Can customers keep their passwords?
No platform can move passwords securely. Customer accounts move across, and customers set a new password from an invite email.
Will my store go offline?
No. Your current store stays live while we build and test on Shopify. We switch over only when everything is checked.
Can you redesign the store while we move?
